Anthony Payne is a  Maryland state licensed Loan Officer. He graduated from Salisbury State University with a B.S. in Business and a Minor in Accounting. He was born in Washington, D.C. and now resides in Howard County, Maryland.

He has a great deal of knowledge about the Washington Metro area as well as Southern Maryland. Anthony has extensive background in Business Management as well as developing and teaching business and computer applications. In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle.
