Donald Anderson is
a native of Prince Georges County, Maryland. He attended Salisbury University
and majored in Business Management and Marketing. Donald also attended Gwynn
Park High School.
Mr. Anderson
entered the marketing field where he developed and operated the Southern
Maryland District Office for Vector Marketing Corporation for almost four
years. He was responsible for a District sales Office, and over several million
dollars annually in company revenue.
Donald Anderson
entered the Mortgage Banking Industry and has worked in the Maryland, Virginia,
Washington, DC area independently as a Loan officer, Trainer, and Consultant
over the past several years regionally and has worked nationally as a Senior
Loan Officer for Global Financial Services, Inc.
He is currently
working as the Branch Manager for the Southern Maryland region for Global
Financial Services, Inc. a division of Vanguard Mortgage & Title. Donald is the
founder of Anderson’s Lion’s Den Corporation. This company helps consumers with
affordable housing, credit restoration, and credit education. This also
includes receivables management, collections, and fundamentals on budget and
finance. This company has been recently nominated for Metropolitan National
Registry Who’s Who among Executives and Professionals in the United States.
Donald holds
certifications in the following areas: American Collector’s Association, Fair
Debt Collections Practice Act, FCRA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Maryland
Mortgage Lending License and Certificate of Completion for Mixed Use Real Estate
and Finance – CHED, Inc. Donald is Licensed and bonded for Mortgage
Origination, Loan Officer in several states including, but not limited to
California, South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware,
Tennessee, and Texas.
Mr. Anderson is
active in church organizations and civic groups also. He is a member of the
Charles County Chamber of Commerce, Waldorf Visionaries, Coalition for
non-profit housing and economic development and Treasurer of Potomac Housing
Association, Indian Head, Maryland.
Donald is active with HUD housing projects at
Union Bethel AME Church. He is an active HUD housing counselor for Unity EDC.
He is a board member for the Unity Economic Development Corporation and
co-chairman and founder for the Credit Union Committee Board at Union Bethel AME
church in Brandywine, Md. Mr. Anderson received a steward appointment, Pastoral
award, and Bishop’s award for the Washington Annual conference year 2006-2007
Business Man of the year, for community outreach, education, and economic
empowerment.
