Jon Lucas

Vice President of Operations

Jon Lucas joined Global Financial Services in June 2005.He began working as a mortgage processor, and focused on finding the right loan programs to fit client needs, low monthly payment strategies and leveraging equity for investments.

Lucas now has taken control of the in-house operations and ensures that files are "tight" before they are submitted.  This allows Global as a team to expedite the loan process, by ensuring that all files have the proper documentation.

Prior to working at Global, Jon worked for the Mills Corporation as a Property Controller for 10 years. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech. His interests include mixed martial arts, weight training and real estate investing.
